It’s time to start harnessing the positive changes that have occurred over the past few years and use the lessons learned to go deeper into truly being ourselves. Otherwise known as you, 2.0.
As you continue to enjoy the last of the long days of summer take a moment to look back at who and where you were just 3 years ago. What changes do you see? What things have you let go of and what things have you incorporated into your life since this damn pandemic began? Make note of these changes.
Now, how can you take these new beginnings and go deeper to become more authentically you?? What other paths can you discover about yourself? What layers can you peel away to honor who you truly are?
Being open and in a state of constant growth is one of the most powerful ways we can age well. Staying stuck in our ways and never challenging ourselves is how we get into ruts. I am constantly talking with my clients about being intentional in all aspects of their lives. This mindset gives them the opportunity to go deeper into what makes them who they truly are.

As far as your LIFESTYLE for this month . . .
The theme this month is to find ways to express your authentic self in all aspects of your life which includes our lifestyle as well. How you live your life and the decisions you make reflect your overall style. Remember, Lily Pulitzer said, ‘Style isn’t just about what you wear but is also how you live.’
Let’s discuss some ways to do that and get inspired to show up as your best self. If you need help with this, just let me know. I am here to help.
After noting the changes in your life over the past 2 years, what do you want more of and what do you want less of? Spend some time in your journal writing about this.
What hobby have you incorporated into your life or have wanted to begin? How can you bring more of this into your life or make this a reality?
How is your mental and physical health going? Are you making time for solitude, movement, strength, socializing . . .? Look at all these areas this month and carve out time for each one. All are equally important.
I am a big believer in constantly growing and evolving into our best selves which is why it is important to pay attention to the way you spend your time. Are you getting out of your comfort zone? Are you learning new things constantly??
Now that we are not in the height of the pandemic, have you made enough time for yourself? It is very easy to jump back into our old routines but holding space for yourself and maybe saying no could be the best medicine for you. Pay attention to what you need.
