YOUR PARIS LOOKBOOK I love to travel anywhere and YOUR PARIS LOOKBOOK

I love to travel anywhere and everywhere. I love learning about new cultures, seeing new places, and broadening my world perspective.

But the thing is, Paris has my heart and I return back there over and over again because it checks all of my boxes. Maybe not the ‘hike-a-mountain’ box but pretty damn close.

Each time I’m there, I discover new experiences and little gems that go well beyond what I would see if only there for a few days.

The highlight of my recent trip is my morning routine of popping in to sit with the Delacroix murals at Saint Sulpice on my way home from swimming laps (who doesn’t love THAT routine!)

Another favorite is discovering the L’école des Arts Joailliers and seeing the most beautiful exhibition on pearls.

After spending most of April in Paris, I’m excited to announce that I’ve updated my PARIS LOOKBOOK once more with some more treasures and experiences. What a wonderful time of year to be there.

If you’re heading to Paris anytime soon, my Paris Lookbook is full of places that sit just outside the usual — thoughtful recommendations, travel tips, and everything that helps you feel at ease and inspired the moment you arrive.

I love receiving messages like these from people who use my Lookbook :

💬 “I’m spending my 60th birthday in Paris and am planning with your guide - thank you!”

💬 “So thoughtful, beautifully curated, and incredibly useful.”

💬 “Honestly one of the best guides I’ve used — nothing felt generic.”

ACCESSORIES A dish full of stories. When I tra ACCESSORIES

A dish full of stories.

When I travel, accessories are my storytellers. They shift the tone of an outfit — creative, understated, elegant.

Many of my favorites were found along the way, in small shops and unexpected places. I reach for them often, not just for how they look, but for where they take me.

Funny how the smallest pieces end up meaning the most.

PLAYING BIG If you are not aware of @tarasophiamo PLAYING BIG

If you are not aware of @tarasophiamohr work and her book, PLAYING BIG, then all I can say is YOUR WELCOME.

Her eloquent and empowering work has been a real shift in the way I look at what I want from my life and how I show up in the world.

It is a framework that I also use with my clients each week.

So, let me ask you . . .

What is the gap in the world that YOU were meant to fill?

Many times, women in midlife are searching for purpose; searching for direction and meaning. I believe this question is the exciting beginning of stepping onto that path.

Save this post so that you can come back to it for inspiration. ✨

A P R I L Did you know that the premise of AYIS i A P R I L

Did you know that the premise of AYIS is to live intentionally every day, every week, and every month, thus living A YEAR IN STYLE?

My goal with AYIS is to support you through this journey and encourage you to focus on ways to ELEVATE yourself and your life, and to be intentional throughout the year - month by month.

Each month I choose a theme that aligns with the rhythms of that season and give you tips to elevate your personal style, lifestyle, interiors, and wellness/beauty routine.

The theme for APRIL is INVIGORATE

With the arrival of spring, April feels like the beginning of something new. A rebirth. The proverbial light at the end of the tunnel.

IT FEELS INVIGORATING.

There's something magical about seasons of transformation. As nature renews itself, we're invited to do the same—to shed what no longer serves us and embrace fresh possibilities. This time of year awakens our desire for growth and change.

It's the perfect moment to reassess what truly matters in your life. What brings you joy? What energizes you? What makes you feel most alive?

Allow yourself the space to explore these questions without judgment, embracing the answers that emerge.

If you want my April style tips, head over to my website where you can get some inspiration for your personal style, interiors, lifestyle, and beauty routines.

SPRING ESSENTIALS Let’s talk real-life style. SPRING ESSENTIALS

Let’s talk real-life style.

After decades of collecting clothes (including some treasured Parisian finds), I’ve learned something powerful: your wardrobe isn’t about having everything, it’s about having the right things.

These are the pieces that don’t just hang in your closet—they show up for you every single morning, especially as the world starts to feel a little more alive.

At 59 and 3/4 (yes, I’m still counting 😉), I’ve cracked the code to effortless dressing. My uniform isn’t about restriction; it’s about liberation. It’s about creating a foundation that lets you show up as yourself, whether that’s a bold statement or a quiet confidence, easily transformed with a swap of accessories.

What you’re seeing is my ultimate collection of spring essentials: blazers with just the right structure, denim that actually works with a real body, blouses that don’t betray you mid-meeting, a tote that carries your entire life, and shoes that keep you moving through whatever the day brings.

If you have a closet full of one-offs and nothing to wear, these pieces are your solution.

I do not have a caption, really. But I love this I do not have a caption, really.

But I love this image I took recently while walking around my new neighborhood in Paris.

It was freezing outside and clearly warm inside thus the fog in the window.

I like it because the image looks like a painting which is a return to my earlier work when I was interested in ‘painting’ with the camera.

I also like that it’s a reminder to slow down to look; to see; to observe.
